Jackie brings more than twenty years of experience in client service and administrative roles, offering a strong foundation of support and expertise. She joined LPL in 2019, where she applies her extensive background working with advisors through the Admin Solutions Program. Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from San Diego State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and trying new foods. Her hobbies include meditation, yoga, scrapbooking, photography, and learning new languages.
Jackie provides dedicated administrative support through LPL Business Solutions, a program designed to help streamline operations and enhance the overall client experience. In this role, she works closely with our team and clients to assist with the preparation and processing of new account paperwork, ongoing account maintenance, reporting, transfers, cash management, and required minimum distributions (RMDs). Jackie also supports Direct Business accounts, assists with ClientWorks notifications and other high‑priority items, and helps clients navigate tools such as AccountView. In addition, she assists with scheduling appointments, maintaining client correspondence, preparing for meetings, and completing special projects such as CRM updates or account and household clean‑up, as needed.
